Nothing in the middle of this happened quickly. I trained on the days I did not feel like it, and I ate like it mattered on the days nobody was watching.

The middle is the part nobody puts on a page. It is mostly repetition, and most of it is boring.

What changed is that I stopped starting over.
The two photos are years apart and the person in them made the same decision every week in between. That is the whole method, and it is the one I coach.
